Terms of Service

Violating these terms will terminate the transaction between client and artist.The artist has the right to refuse a commission or client. Please fully read the terms below.

GENERAL TERMS

Rights and Legal Information:
You, the Client, will be expected to first read my TOS and understand my general Commission Prices. My TOS will apply once you, the Client, have placed an order.You, the Client, may display my work on external sites as long as the piece is visibly credited and linked back to me.You may not upload or host my work on any external site or gallery meant to display your work only.
You may not claim my work as your own.You may use the artwork for personal use, including but not limited to: phone or computer wallpapers, avatars, personal website/profile displays.You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL USE ONLY (i.e. you may not sell any physical creations of the artwork).You may not use the artwork for external projects or redistribution, commercial or non-commercial (flyers, mugs, t-shirts, etc).

Payment:
I am NOT responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction
I will only accept USD Paypal. You are responsible for making currency conversions.AT LEAST 50% of the commission price must be deposited upfront before I start. No exceptions.
After at least 50% of the payment has been deposited, I will start the sketch. The sketch will be sent to you once I am done. After the 50% deposit has been sent, refunds/chargebacks will not be accepted unless otherwise discussed.The finished version of your commissioned piece will not be sent until full payment has been sent.
To avoid accidental transactions, DO NOT send me any payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission AND have asked you for payment. I will initiate the payment request once both conditions previously mentioned have been fulfilled.Payments via Paypal will be sent via invoice method only unless stated otherwise. I will cover any Paypal fees as expected from the artist per Paypal TOS.I do not accept payments from shared Paypal accounts unless you are not of legal age and use a parent/guardian’s account.If payment is not made within 48 hours after I have confirmed commission and requested payment, the commission will be canceled.Repeat accounts of commissioning a project and failing to pay within the 48 hour time period will result in blacklisting.You are not authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason. If a refund request is authorized without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.You are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission.Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your accounts, including side accounts.

Time, Revisions, and Final Product:
No harassment over my work speed will be tolerated.Please allow 1-3 weeks for me to finish your project. If I will be unable to fulfill your commission within this timespan, I will let you know ASAP. More detailed pieces or pieces with multiple characters may take longer than the previously provided time.All WIP (work in progress) images will be sent to you in the form of a .jpeg or .png file through DM or email.The responsibility is on you, the Client, to inform me of any changes you would like to the image while in the WIP stage. I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory elements if feedback was not given while in the WIP stage.You will be guaranteed a WIP for the sketch to ensure all wanted elements are included, but you, the Client, are free to request WIPs or updates at any given time.

Do and Do Not

Do's:
- OC's
- Fictional Characters
- Ships
- Mild Gore

Do Not's:
- Mecha
- Animals/Furries (characters with animal features like ears and tails will be accepted)
- NSFW
- Strong Gore
